One-stop development: performance analysis, circuit planning, 3 appearance concepts and structure design.
Japanese management philosophy with 3 senior engineers who each worked 8+ years in Japanese mould shops.
Monthly output includes multiple complex grilles, door panels and interior/exterior trim moulds.

3D rapid prototyping shortens validation cycles before steel is cut.
DFM reviews catch draft, shrink and gate issues before mould design freezes.
