Every mould we ship is checked against full-dimension inspection reports. Every production batch follows a first-article qualification, in-line QC checkpoints and traceable inspection records.

We manage the details that decide part quality: steel grade and hardness for the application, gate and cooling layout for dimensional stability, and daily 5S + lean management boards that keep the shop floor disciplined.

How We Hold Tolerance

Mould Precision Standards

  • Automotive connectors — machining held within 5 µm, with oversized mould bases for long-term dimensional stability.
  • Press filters & structural parts — high-hardness quenched moulds, precision within 0.01 mm.
  • Transmission suction filters — full-dimension inspection; moving parts in 1.2344 at HRC52.

Long-Run Stability

  • Flash controlled to 300,000+ shots on mature programmes.
  • Mould life engineered from 300,000 to 3,000,000+ shots by application.
  • Fast-release steels (NAK80 / 718HH) for urgent tooling; SKD61 HRC52 for long runs.
